Returns

All products purchased from CL Vinyl Design in any case, must be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.

If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund.


When you post the item, please make sure you receive proof of postage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are only eligible if your item meets the following conditions:

Clothing: The item of clothing must be complete with tags and be in a condition for us to resell.

This means the item must be unworn and not have been washed in any way.

Furthermore we cannot accept returns if the item returned has stains, fibres and/or animal/human hair,

It is not a personalised/made to order items. Unless a mistake is made our end we will not offer a refund or remake on personalised items.

The item must have no holes, tears, or rips, and must not have any strong odours such as smoke or perfume.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included items.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

If the item is a sticker, the backing must NOT be peeled off or used in any way. We must be able to resell any product that is returned.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, we will replace the item free of charge as long as we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send an E-Mail to clvinyldesigns@hotmail.com


We will need evidence of the faulty item so that we can investigate how / why the issue happened and how to prevent any future occurrence. We will reimburse the postage cost of the return.

- Made to order items

- All heat transfer store items come with a eight-week warranty. This eight-week warranty begins the day of purchase. Once an item is outside of this window we will not take any action to replace or exchange the item. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

When returning an item to us, ask for proof of postage or opt for recorded delivery.

This way you’ll be able to track the item and if it goes missing you’ll have proof of delivery. If the item goes missing without this, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

We do not and will not replace or refund any items that have been used, and / or damaged. This includes rips, stains, and anything that would prevent resale.

If you are returning a product that is a result of a mistake made by CL Vinyl Design, such as us sending the incorrect sizing or wrong item, the postage cost for an exchange is ours.
